Anthony Xerri (Tony)

Anthony Xerri (Tony) – Tony has been in Public Practice since 1980, he is a CPA, Registered Tax Agent, Registered Company Auditor, Registered SMSF Advisor and previously a CPA Quality Assurance Reviewer.

He has a wealth of knowledge which he has gained through his many years of building his own businesses and dealing with clients in assorted industries.  He has 2 adult children and a love of classic cars, including their restoration.


Paul Evans

Paul Evans – Paul graduated from University and began working with Tony in 1996.  He gained his CPA qualification in 2000 and Public Practice Certificate in 2006, when he became a partner in the practice.  He is also a Registered Tax Agent.

Paul manages staff and work production, along with dealing directly with clients.  He has 2 young children and enjoys most sports, he’ll happily spend his weekend running marathons, golfing, watching sport and playing with the kids.


Lesley Xerri

Lesley Xerri – Lesley began working with Tony in 1995, learning every aspect of the business, from coding to computer systems.  She gained her Reckon Accredited Trainer qualification in 1996, has completed Diploma of Accounting, Cert III Small Business Management, Certificate of Business Computer Applications, Cert IV Financial Services.

She is a registered BAS Agent and works closely with clients, training them in the use of their computers and improving their accounting knowledge. Her IT work has extended into tablets and smart phone training and applications.  She is IT Administrator and Practice Manager.  Like Tony, she has 2 adult children and a love of classic cars and Holdens!


Helene Steward

Helene Steward – Helene began working in the practice in 2001 as an 18 year old, straight out of year 12, and studied for her degree whilst employed full time.  She completed her CPA qualification in 2011.  She has many years experience and helps clients with GST, tax and Reckon Accounts and MYOB support.  She assists Tony with auditing and is heavily involved in client accounting.

Helene loves playing any kind of sport, she is a very talented netball player, but an exceptional tennis player, which is her favourite, recently winning her ninth Club Championship, the only one to ever do so in club history.


Colleen O’Hara

Colleen O’Hara – Colleen has been with our firm since 2000, when she worked full time for several years. She currently works 2 days a week. She has extensive knowledge of all the workings of the office, specialising in Company Secretarial (Corporate Services) and Super Fund compliance, and can assist with any Reckon Accounts data entry queries.

Colleen has extensive knowledge of the farming industry and has a young son.


Leah Nish

Leah Nish – Leah started in the practice in January 2005 working full time for several years.  She has since had 3 children and is currently working 2 days per week and working on her own farming business.

Leah has gained her CPA qualification and works on client files whilst at work.  On her days off, Leah works her husband on the land.  She is a keen netball player winning Best


Danielle Sauro

Danielle Sauro – Danielle began work in the practice in 2015 at the tender age of 17, the day after her last VCE exam. She is a very fast learner and works at the front desk as Client Services Manager. She is currently studying Certificate III in Business Administration.

In her spare time she helps her parents out on their orchard and plays soccer, tennis, netball and basketball.


Madelaine Hamilton

Madelaine Hamilton – Maddie started work in the practice at the age of 18 in 2014 performing a mixture of client accounting and client services. She has completed Certificate III in Business Administration and just begun Certificate IV in Accounting. Once completed, she hopes to continue her study and gain a degree in Accounting.

She loves the river and is a keen fisher woman, but can’t bear to kill them, but won’t go so far as to kiss them before throwing them back. Very proudly, she and her partner have just purchased their own home.
